When and why Obama meddles

In light of what happened in Honduras this past weekend, Michael Ledeen tries to set out a standard for when the Obama administration will meddle in another country's affairs.
Andy is quite right to point out Obama's willingness to meddle in Honduran affairs, but not Iranian ones, and to put it alongside his meddling in Hamastan — to which we can add Israel (the settlements). The basic pattern seems to be ideological. Meddling on behalf of causes that the Left supports is fine (especially, it seems, if by so doing he supports anti-democratic regimes and leaders). And then there's the personal component: He was annoyed when the Iranian people interrupted his incipient love affair with Iran's tyrant. And he's annoyed when the Honduran people have the nerve to hold their would-be tyrant — a guy he seems to like — to the standards of their Constitution.
Makes Obama look awfully small, doesn't he?

Obama seems to favor any foreign regime that is radical and anti-American with fawning obsequiousness bordering on the nauseous. That fits in with his worldview. The opposite side of the coin is Obama's hostility to America's allies and his disregard for their national interest.

Its a dangerous time to be America's friend.

What could go wrong indeed

Obama meddled in Hondurous sponsoring a un resolution.

If you really want to see when he does and does not, he meddles for dictatorships, police states, totalitarian states, and anti-semitic states.

If you wwere to connect all the dots, look at his interviews on islamic media outlets. You will see he first sides with Islam, and then he sides with those states which side with Islam (Chavez). He is weakening the us militarily. He is destroying the value of the dollar. He is taking control, one sector at a time, of all aspects of the us.

There will be hell to pay when the stupid Americans wake up and know they are living in Fascist ObamaLand and not the U.S.

It is now incumbent on the citizens of the USA to hold our tyrant to our Constitution as well...past time to do so, actually.
