What's next for Iran? How can the US and EU enforce sanctions against Iran?

These are the opening statements of Mark Dubowitz, the executive director of the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, Ambassador Stuart Eizenstat, who was the US ambassador to the European Union from 1993-96, and Representative Ted Deutch (D-Fla) at a seminar called What's next for Iran? How can the US and EU enforce sanctions against Iran?

Here's Dubowitz's statement. Let's go to the videotape.

For those who have the time and inclination to view the question and answer session, you can find them here.

As a corporate and securities lawyer, I find Deutch's emphasis on SEC disclosure interesting and correct (you now have to disclose what effects 'global warming' 'climate change' may have on your company - why not Iranian business).

Hmmm.
